1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the OpZone platform or website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age of your country to play Airsoft) to use the service. By using it you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You may not create accounts for others without their consent, or create multiple accounts to evade restrictions.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other users' accounts, or our systems.
- Post content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes others' rights.
5. User content
You retain ownership of content you contribute. You grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for the content you post.
6. Intellectual property
The OpZone name, branding, and platform software are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or reuse them without permission.
7. Third-party services
The service integrates with third-party providers (Google, Microsoft, Discord sign-in). Their use is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimers
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Further limitations or stipulations exist in any relevant End User License Agreement (EULA) for the service(s) - the EULA will supersede any these terms and conditions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. OpZone Business Relationship
14.a. Billing
You will be billed for your use of the OpZone platform, according to your agreement, on the first business day after the end of billed for month. All pricing is in British Pounds, you are responsible for any applicable conversion fees if paying with an alternative currency.
14.b. Usage
Usage is defined / calculated as the number of OpZone players that Check In to an event using an official OpZone Airsoft platform mechanism such as the Android OpZone mobile app.
14.c. Payment
Bills must be paid in full within 14 days - accounts & events will be suspended on the first business day after the 14 day period for non-payment.
14.d. Billing Customers
Airsoft sites are responsible for collecting, handling and processing customer fees for the use of the site and / or OpZone platform. Airsoft sites are prohibited from charging additional entry and / or game fees that are not disclosed to OpZone.
14.e. Cancellation
You may request to cancel or end your contract with OpZone at anytime - you will be billed for the current billing month as usual and your contract will not renew or continue on the subequent billing month. You will still be billed for any player usuage between the request to cancel and the end of the month.
15. Events
15.a. OpZone Event
An OpZone event is considered to be any on-site player activity that makes use of the OpZone platform in any way to organise, provide, manage, track or log an airsoft game. OpZone Airsoft reserves the right to determine if / how it provided services.
15.b. Site Event
A Site event is any activity on an airsoft site that is completely independant of, and does not make us of, the OpZone platform in any way to organise, provide, manage, track or log the activity.
15.c. Private Event
A Private event is any activity that is not advertised and / or open to any member of the public and / or any individual that is not related to the Airsoft site at which the activity occurrs. This includes any activity that both does and does not use the OpZone playform.
15.d. Event Categorisation
OpZone Airsoft reserves the right to finally determine if / how it provided services and the type of event conducted.
